Autumn is the cycle of dying in nature. It provides an opportunity for us to reflect upon death as a cycle of life. This retreat offers an exploration of how living with the end in mind can transform our life and our death, bringing us to a state of greater peace , authenticity and wholeness.
This weekend in nature will provide a time of silence, quiet reflection; sharing, releasing, as well as, a time of play and deep connection with other women.
